Physician Search Services - Multiple Search or Contract-Managed Arrangement

Physician recruiting via a multiple search agreement (or contract-managed search arrangements) lies midway on the continuum between a single search agreement and a fully outsourced physician recruitment function. It provides MedSearch Resources full search services with less direct administrative management on our client's part during the search process while insuring greater cost-effectiveness. It is more efficient because of the close partnership between MedSearch Resources and our client. It also allows for significant flexibility in the pace and volume of physician recruiting - an advantage in a constantly changing and competitive environment.

Multiple Search partnerships offer strong continuity in the physician recruitment process over an extended period of time with enhanced productivity. In addition, the greater integration this model allows will result in a strong integration with the hiring organization's staff and operations leading to a consistently better hiring process.

Multiple Search partnerships are based on a minimum number of searches to be activated during the term of the master agreement.
